The Company's management considers the adoption of a correct Quality policy to be of fundamental importance. This policy will be instrumental in ensuring the seriousness, quality and compliance of our business with customers. The Management believes that Quality Assurance is a management tool that brings advantages not only in terms of product/service but also in terms of productivity and cost-effectiveness of management. The Management believes that the definition of the procedures to be used should take due account of the current modus operandi, which is the result of years of positive experience. The Sole Director delegates responsibility for defining and verifying implementation to the Quality Manager, who develops and documents the Quality Policy in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015:

  • identifying the context in which the Company operates;
  • identifying internal and external risks and their objectives in order to minimise them according to the risk basic thinking;
  • defining the objectives and general guidelines;
  • keeping the Quality System under control;
  • determining the involvement, commitment and participation of all members of the Organisation in achieving quality;
  • allocating resources and means appropriate to the needs;
  • establishing a series of controls and checks to keep the entire production cycle under control;
  • keeping all personnel trained by means of appropriate training and refresher courses in order to put them in the best possible conditions to carry out their work;
  • promoting all actions aimed at increasing customer satisfaction;
  • periodically reviewing the company's Quality System to ensure its adequacy, effectiveness and correct application over time;
  • giving priority to preventive action to prevent problems from arising, but without prejudice to the possibility of intervening and remedying in cases of inconvenience or non-compliance;
  • taking care to implement every action aimed at the continuous improvement of the Organization;
  • collecting and storing quality records to demonstrate the achievement of the required quality;
  • by holding meetings with employees;
